We would appreciate this as we are leaving here on the 28th April and with the public holidays inbetween it makes it rather urgent. I presume we do not have to fax you the proof of payment as you have picked it up on your system already?

Sorry I did not let you know a little sooner. Yes I have received it and everything was in good order. I work many companies in sales and services and sadly the truth is, in general, its extremely rare to find good service.
